Updated website has been launched

This autumn will bring in an updated Salix Homes website with a whole host of improvements – all shaped with the help of our customers.
Our website has been updated to make it quicker and easier for tenants to access our services online or find useful details around their tenancy.
We’re also adding a vast range of advice, information and local resources to support people in Salford. From food pantries to school uniforms, benefits to bills, we can give a helping hand to anyone who may be struggling.
The updated website will improve accessibility. It will adapt to look great on whichever device you’re using, and a new toolbar can translate or adjust pages to meet any additional needs.
Our customer Digital Focus Group helped us design the structure, look and feel of the website right from the start. We’ll keep enhancing the website, as well as the MySalix online account service, based on data analytics and ongoing customer feedback.
